Geolify Ltd ("Geolify", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through the Geolify website, free tools, knowledge hub and paid packages (collectively, the "Services"). You can reach us at hello@geolify.com.

We collect three kinds of information:

• Information you give us - your name, email, company name and any details you submit via contact forms, package orders or email.
• Information we collect automatically - basic analytics about your visit: pages viewed, referrer, country-level location, device type and a pseudonymous session identifier.
• Information you submit to our free tools - any text, URLs or brand names you paste into the browser-based tools. This data is processed in your browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

We use personal data to:

• Provide, operate and improve the Services.
• Respond to your inquiries and deliver paid packages.
• Send transactional emails related to your order or account.
• Measure and improve site performance and content quality.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.

For visitors in the UK, EU or EEA, we process personal data on the basis of: (a) your consent, where you give it, (b) performance of a contract, where you have ordered a paid package, (c) legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for essential functionality and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.

The free tools at geolify.com/tools/ run entirely in your browser. Anything you paste into a tool stays on your device. We do not log, store or forward tool inputs or outputs to our servers.

We only share personal data with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example: hosting, email delivery and payment processing). These providers are bound by data protection agreements and may only use your data on our instructions. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Our service providers may be based outside your country. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect it.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with our legal obligations. Order records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. We will notify you of material changes by email where appropriate.
