Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Geolify website, free tools, knowledge hub and paid services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Geolify Ltd ("Geolify", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Geolify provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services including paid packages, a knowledge hub, and a suite of free browser-based tools for llms.txt generation, schema creation, citation analysis, entity building and crawl simulation. Paid engagements are governed by a separate order form or statement of work that takes precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

Our free tools run entirely in your browser and do not require an account. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Output produced by the tools is yours to use, but you are responsible for verifying accuracy before deploying it to production. We provide the tools "as is" and make no warranty that any generated output is complete, standards-compliant or fit for a particular purpose.

Paid GEO packages, Local GEO packages and AI SEO Boost packages are delivered according to the scope defined in your order form. Geolify will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver results, but cannot guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic or revenue outcome in any AI engine, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews. Payment terms, refund policy and cancellation rights are set in the order form.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• Send spam, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
• Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the free tools or knowledge hub without written permission.
• Generate content designed to mislead AI engines, publish disinformation or evade safety policies.

The Geolify name, logo, website copy, tool code, knowledge hub articles and methodology are owned by Geolify Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain all rights to the content you submit to the tools and to the content produced on your behalf under a paid engagement, subject to the terms of your order form.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Microsoft and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of those third parties.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure or that any particular ranking or citation outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geolify Ltd and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Geolify in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Geolify Ltd from any claim, loss or liability arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
