How it works
The analyzer counts four types of concrete facts in your content: raw numbers (2026, 41%, $499), percent signs, date patterns (2024, Jan 15), and proper nouns (capitalized words that are likely brand or place names). The per-100-words density is the single metric that matters most for AI citation rates.
Target densities
- Under 2 facts per 100 words - too vague, assistants filter.
- 3-5 facts per 100 words - the sweet spot for editorial content.
- 6+ facts per 100 words - strong research content, lifts citation rates dramatically.
How to raise density
Replace "a lot of" with the actual number. Replace "recently" with the date. Replace "the market leader" with the named brand. Every hedge you remove and every concrete fact you add is worth more than another paragraph of prose. Pair this tool with our Citation Optimizer for the full 5-factor view and write content AI assistants cite for the writing patterns.
