Why a shipment plan
- Topic authority can't be bought - it has to be shipped. A plan with dated shipments is the difference between 'we're investing in GEO' and actually moving the metric.
- The order matters: pillar before subtopics, subtopics before schema, schema before PR. Shortcutting the order loses you 4-6 weeks of compounding.
- Data studies are the single most efficient shipment per hour of work - they earn citations at 3x the rate of long-form guides.
